By renting gaming consoles from Game Crate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement protects both you and Game Crate, ensuring a smooth rental experience for everyone.

📅 Return Requirements

Due Date Compliance

  • Return Date: All consoles must be returned by 11:59 PM on the agreed return date
  • Grace Period: 24-hour grace period provided for unexpected delays
  • Return Condition: Console and all accessories must be returned in original condition
  • Packaging: Use original packaging materials provided

Late Fee Policy

  • Day 1: 24-hour grace period (no charges)
  • Day 2+: Daily late fees begin automatically
  • Payment: Fees charged to card on file
  • Notification: Email and SMS reminders sent

🔄 Replacement & Conversion Policy

⚠️ 14-Day Conversion Rule

After 14 days overdue, the rental automatically converts to a sale.

  • Replacement Fee: Current market value minus rental fees paid
  • Automatic Charge: Applied to card on file
  • Ownership Transfer: Console becomes customer property
  • No Refunds: Conversion fees are non-refundable

  • Adult Signature: Required at delivery (18+ years old)
